ELITE NATIONAL TEAM 14-16s

1.  Athletes Must Have exceptional skills in all aspects of the game for their position

• Serving
• Passing
• Setting
• Hitting 
• Blocking
• Digging 
• Must be physical fit.

2.  A “True Team Player” with strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a positive attitude. 

3.  Experience playing at a high level, such as in Middle School, 

High School, Regional or National tournaments, and may have received recognition from coaches. 

4.  Attend AMBROSE ATHLETICS VOLLEYBALL 4 Hours Recruiting Combine i.e., “Tryouts” includes: 

• Q & A Sessions, 
• 1 Hour Strengthen Conditions Drills
• Power Training: Box jumps, lateral ski & vertical jumps  
• Strength Training: Squats, calf raises,
• Cardio: Jump rope, mountain climbers or sprints 
• Flexibility: Stretching! 
• All Volleyball Skill Drills  
• Athletes Position Drills 

5.   Must be committed to just Volleyball doing Club Season with no unexcused Absentees. 

6.   Must have a burning Desire to win!!!

 Must make a Donation of $550.00 Commitment Fee and Participate in our Organization Virtual Team Sponsorship Fundraisers
