ELITE PASSING/SETTING CLINICS:
Aimed at athletes who play defense only, six rotations, or setters, these clinics will spend the bulk majority of the time perfecting passing and setting technique and accuracy, and a complete understanding of back row defense and positioning. Setters will work on hand contact and footwork as well as movement and positioning. Athletes will work to increase consistency in passing/setting and making proper adjustments to the ball prior to contact.

ELITE SETTING/HITTING CLINICS:
Aimed at athletes who play front row, these clinics will focus on the various aspects of hitting and blocking, including, but not limited to, hand contact, reach, snap, approach footwork/speed, arm-swing, ball placement, movement, tempo etc. The blocking focus will be on form, timing, movement, speed, and consistency. The setters will work on setter/hitter connections, consistency in sets, set choices, movement and positioning.

- - Develop effective serving skills, including different types of serves.
- - Enhance ball control, including setting and receiving techniques.
- - Improve hitting skills, including approach, footwork, and arm swing.
- - Develop blocking techniques, including timing and positioning.
- - Enhance team communication and coordination on the court.
- - Build physical fitness and endurance through conditioning drills and exercises.
